We deliver 100% certified Catskill Mountain spring water — the real thing, straight from protected natural springs. It’s not tap water that’s been heavily processed and sold as “purified.” Purified water starts as municipal tap and goes through reverse osmosis or distillation to strip out almost everything. What you’re left with is technically clean, but it’s also flat and stripped of the natural minerals that give water its taste and character. Our spring water, on the other hand, is naturally filtered through layers of rock and earth over time. It picks up a balanced mineral profile along the way — the kind that makes it taste crisp, refreshing, and alive. That’s the difference you can actually taste. We’re not here to bash other options. We just believe that when you’re paying for bottled water, you should get water that comes from a spring — not a treatment plant.
Natural Alkalinity vs. Artificial Alkaline Water
You might have heard about alkaline water and its benefits. Here’s the simple truth: you can make any water more alkaline by adding a tiny pinch of baking soda. It’s cheap, easy, and works instantly. Most “alkaline water” on the market starts as purified or tap water that’s been processed through electrolysis or chemical additives to raise the pH. It’s manufactured alkalinity. Our spring water is different. It comes from natural Catskill Mountain springs where the water naturally picks up minerals as it filters through layers of rock. That gives it a naturally higher pH — typically in the 7.0 to a 7.8 range — without any processing or additives. If you’d like an extra boost, you can still add a small pinch of baking soda to our water. But with us, you’re starting from a naturally mineral-rich base, not from stripped-down purified water.

Our five-gallon bottles are made from BPA-free plastic, so they don’t contain bisphenol A. But here’s something most people don’t realize: even some companies that deliver in glass bottles often use purified water that runs through PVC piping during processing and filling. That means the water can still come into contact with plastic before it ever reaches the glass. We keep things simple — real spring water in safe, practical bottles without unnecessary steps or extra plastic exposure along the way.
